to the following conditions at time of booking: -
That the full amount of the hire security
deposit must be paid at time of initial
booking. ($400.00 per unit). All bookings are only confirmed when Hire Agreement Form and Deposit are
received.
That,
in the case of a cancellation, Jims
4wd radio and satellite phone hire
will return 75% of deposit if notified 21 - 28 days from hire start date, 50% of
deposit if notified 14 to 21 days from hire start date. 25% of deposit if
notified 7 -14 days from hire start date, Nil deposit if notified 7 days or less
from hire start date.
Deposit
will only be refunded after all equipment has been inspected and tested. Any
Damage to Equipment Will Be Charged To Customer.
Hire
Date only finishes when all equipment has been returned to the condition it left
at the start of the hire.
A Week Is Classed As 7 Days or Part There Of.
Equipment is to be returned on or by agreed date. Late fees will be
charged at Hire rate Per Day
1.Whilst every effort will be made to have the phone at
your place a few days before start of hire, no liability for courier can be
taken.
2. All
batteries should be charged at the time you receive the phone. It is prudent to
use the phone at least once before setting off.
3. I agree to
indemnify Jimshire and it's employees and agents, to the full extent of
allowable State legislation and Acts thereof in the case of :
Accidental
damage caused by goods supplied for hire. If uninsured, the full cost of any
repairs will be the responsibility of the hirer.
Every effort is made to ensure that equipment hired is suitable for the task it is hired to do. However, we take no responsibility for things beyond our control. This includes the customer failing to read the instructions on the web page.
Goods are
checked before and after hire, and this includes batteries. However we cannot
guarantee the performance of such batteries over an extended period of time.
All hire units
and accessories are supplied subject to availability.
Please note.
Where a reduction in hire fees is offered to a sporting or charity event, such a
reduction is at our discretion. Such discounts must be agreed to at time of
hire.
